Any visa application fees paid to the Department of Home Affairs (Australia) is non refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.
Any fees paid to Australian State or Territory governments for Nomination application in relation to General Skilled Migration or Business and Investment visas is non refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.
Any fees paid to Skills Assessment Authorities of Australia is non refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.
Any Health Insurance purchased from Australian Health Insurance providers is fully refundable if the visa in relation to which it has been purchased is refused.
Australian Universities and Colleges are required by law to refund the tuition fees to the student in case student visa is refused. Institution may deduct a small fee as administration cost which usually range from A$200 to A$300.
Any Professional Fees paid to 'APS Visas' is refundable as per Refund Policy in the Service Agreement.
